Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. 1. No Refund Policy: All fees paid to Jitva Foundation are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  2. 2. Payment Finality: Once payment is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded for any reason.
  3. 3. Course Cancellation by Student: Students may cancel enrollment but will not receive any refund of paid fees.
  4. 4. Service Commencement: The no-refund policy applies from moment of payment, regardless of course access initiation.
  5. 5. Dissatisfaction: Quality concerns or dissatisfaction with course content do not qualify for refunds.
  6. 6. Technical Issues: Personal technical problems preventing access are not grounds for refund.
  7. 7. Non-Usage: Failure to utilize course materials or attend sessions doesn't warrant refunds.
  8. 8. Change of Mind: Personal decision changes after enrollment are not eligible for refund consideration.
  9. 9. Course Transfers: Transfer requests between courses don't qualify for refund of price differences.
  10. 10. Batch Changes: Switching batches may be permitted but without any refund adjustment.
  11. 11. Payment Plan Default: Defaulting on installments forfeits all paid amounts without refund.
  12. 12. Partial Completion: Completing only portions of a course doesn't entitle partial refunds.
  13. 13. Certification Failure: Not earning certification doesn't qualify for course fee reimbursement.
  14. 14. Personal Emergencies: Health issues or personal crises don't override the no-refund policy.
  15. 15. Relocation: Geographic relocation after enrollment doesn't warrant fee returns.
  16. 16. Job Changes: Professional status changes don't qualify for special refund consideration.
  17. 17. Military Service: Even active military deployment doesn't exempt from no-refund policy.
  18. 18. Death Cases: In extreme cases of student demise, fees remain non-refundable to the estate.
