Jitva Foundation, having CIN U88900PN2024NPL230405, is a private non-government company incorporated with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on 25th April 2024. With a mission to promote access to justice and empower individuals and communities, our foundation operates with integrity, compassion, and a strong commitment to service.
Recognizing the challenges many face in navigating the legal landscape, Jitva Foundation aims to bridge the gap between individuals and the legal assistance they require. We offer a range of services, including legal consultations, company registration, and support in addressing complaints. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone can access the legal help they need without barriers.
Jitva Foundation is led by two dedicated directors/key management personnel: Siyalal Gupta and Padum Kumar. Through our focus on education and skill development, we strive to empower our community with the resources and knowledge necessary to enhance their legal understanding.
